In today’s fast-paced world, most people are breathing in a way that works against their body, too fast, too shallow, and too often.
This Zoom session is designed to help you understand how your body is supposed to breathe at rest, and how modern habits may be affecting your breathing pattern without you realising it.
You'll learn how to assess your own breathing using simple tools and tests, and I’ll guide you through the science of breathing biomechanics, so you walk away knowing exactly what functional breathing looks like, and how to move towards it.
In this session, you’ll:
-Learn how your breathing should work at rest, based on biomechanics and physiology
-Carry out breathing tests and self-assessments with guidance
-Understand what your current breathing pattern tells you, and what to improve
-Get clear, practical steps to help your body breathe better, lighter, slower, and more efficiently
What’s included:
-A 1-hour Zoom call
-An assessment fillable form (we’ll use this during the session)
-A recording of the session, so you can review it any time
All you need is a soft measuring tape and a quiet place for the call.
This session is ideal for anyone who wants to take control of their health, energy, focus, and nervous system, by starting with how they breathe.
